2. Services & Custom Audio
   Cofferson creates personalized, custom-produced audio songs and musical greetings based on the information provided by the customer.
3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

• Personal Use License: Upon full payment and delivery, the customer is granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the custom audio file for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., family events, social sharing, gifting).
• Ownership: Cofferson retains master and composition copyrights unless an explicit commercial buyout is agreed upon in writing.

4. Customer Submissions
   You represent that any lyrics, stories, or media you submit do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or violate any laws.
5. Delivery
   Finished audio files are delivered digitally via secure download links or email within the timeframe selected during checkout.
6. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by applicable international e-commerce regulations.
