At Cofferson, every musical greeting and song is custom-crafted, composed, and personalized according to individual customer instructions. Because our products are bespoke digital audio files, standard physical returns do not apply.

1. Order Cancellation & Pre-Production Refunds

• Before Production Starts: You may request a full cancellation and 100% refund within 2 hours of submitting your order.
• In-Production: Once our audio engineers and composers have begun work on your personalized track, orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund due to the dedicated custom creative labor involved.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Free Revisions
   We want you and your recipient to love the music. Instead of traditional returns, we offer a dedicated revision process:

• Minor Revisions: Adjustments to vocal pronunciations, minor lyric phrasing, or volume/mixing balance are provided free of charge if requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Major Changes: Requests for entirely new storylines, genre changes, or details not mentioned in the original order form may require an additional production fee.

3. Technical Errors & Defective Delivery
   If your digital audio file is technically corrupted, fails to play, or omits key details explicitly provided in your initial order submission, we will correct and remaster the file immediately at no extra charge.
4. Delivery Format
   All products are delivered digitally (via email, direct secure link, or private streaming link). No physical packages or shipping fees are involved.
